Thailand is popular as a tourist
destination due to its geographical and cultural importance. It has some of the
most exquisite beaches, rural getaways, Buddhist temples, and shopping malls.
Besides, the Thai cuisines, amiable people, busy local markets and
nightlife are also some of the most exhilarating things in the country. Here’s
a close look at what Thailand is famous for.
Thailand
is a favorited among travelers and for good reasons. There’s so much to see
here and do that you’ll need more than one trip to experience all the delights
that the country has to offer. Thailand Tourism indeed encompasses so much –
pristine white beaches, colorful markets, thriving cities and lots of bargain
shopping.
Despite being such a tourist friendly
country, with literally millions of foreign tourists flying in every year,
Thailand is still rural in large pockets, and villages juxtapose with big
cities easily. Herein lies its charm. Cosmopolitan in outlook and yet homely at
heart – this is what makes Thailand special.
There’s something for everyone here. Tourists
who want to enjoy the beauty of its calm beaches, or those who have come here to
sample some of the rich and eclectic Thai culture, or those who want to taste
authentic Thai food. Thailand welcomes everyone with a smile and their
traditional greeting “Sawasdee”.
